Preparation of the tender documents for the site preparation and ground improvement works of the proposed yard, which included:

• Review of the existing ground investigation data
• Planning the pre-improvement ground investigation program (CPT and boreholes with SPT) and post-improvement ground investigation program (Trial areas)
• Providing recommendations for the suitable ground improvement technique(s)
• Review and evaluation of the bids received from subcontractors
• Supervision of site preparation and ground improvement work
