Ensuring the health, safety, and happiness of everyone involved in our operations is essential. Our dedicated Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) team creates strong health and safety procedures within ADEC, ensuring a safe work environment for our people and communities.

  • Policies & Procedures

    Our role as one of the region’s most well known engineering consultancies for marine infrastructure and coastal zone development means we regularly handle demanding projects. As a result, we take a rigorous and proactive approach to health and safety, constantly analysing our performance and identifying areas for improvement.

  • HSE Manual

    The effectiveness of HSE policies relies on clear communication. To make sure our staff and subcontractors know what is required, we provide a clear HSE manual. This essential document contains detailed information about workplace safety, setting down all our policies and procedures, so everyone involved in our operations understands how to work safely.

  • HSE Training

    ADEC understands that a key element of workplace safety is ensuring all our employees have the skills and competencies required to perform their roles safely. We assess training needs regularly and supplement training where required to ensure all our operatives are supported to uphold our stringent HSE standards. During onboarding, we run a HSE induction Training Program. We also hold regular talks and workshops, to top-up knowledge and ensure everyone understands their responsibilities.
